We secured planning permission for an extension to a three-bedroom family home in Peterborough, creating an additional garden-facing bedroom with en suite, a home office, and direct access to the outdoors. The design incorporates large skylights to flood the interior with natural light, ensuring a bright and comfortable atmosphere throughout the day.

​Orientation was a key consideration, as the extension occupies a significant portion of the garden. The design carefully balances openness, natural light, and privacy, while preserving a functional outdoor space.

The project was delivered via a Building Notice and was originally tendered at £35,000 for 28 sqm. A recent evaluation indicates the extension increased the property’s value by approximately £70,000.
