We secured planning permission for an extension to a two-bedroom bungalow on the banks of King’s Dyke in the Fenland district. Dating back to the 1930s, the property had experienced structural issues due to challenging ground conditions. The design addressed this by reinforcing the retaining structures and upgrading the drainage system.

The scheme replaces and extends the rear of the building to create a vaulted-ceiling kitchen with direct access to a generous patio deck, overlooking a spacious garden along the banks of King’s Dyke.
